Tour Abode Of The Gods
The Abode of the Gods tour takes you to a mystical and artistic place near Cusco, where impressive rock sculptures depict deities and important figures from the Andean worldview. This site, created by artist Michael de Titan, combines art and spirituality, surrounded by mountainous landscapes that offer an experience of connection with nature and ancestral culture. It's a perfect visit for those seeking a tranquil environment, inspiration, and an immersion in Andean mythology and symbolism.
Itinerary
We will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco at 10:30 am. After approximately 45 minutes of travel, we will arrive at Apukunaq Tianan, the Abode of the Gods. We will begin our walk through the Abode of the Gods, discovering the significance of the place and each of the sculptures we will see. They are up to 10 meters high! The puma, the three-dimensional door, the protective Apu or God Wiracocha, Pachamama, and the viewpoint will be some of the sculptures that will most catch our attention. From here, we will also be able to contemplate the impressive views of the city.
Finally, we will begin the return trip to Cusco, where we will conclude the tour at your hotel at 12:40 pm.
